This item has no schedule fee of its own. The fee is calculated from the formula published in the schedule, so any single figure shown here would be misleading.
Time requirement as written: “at least 40 minutes”
When counting patients for the derived fee, exclude attendances that do not attract a benefit at all (public in-patients, normal aftercare) and attendances paid under a different item (a health assessment, a care plan, an emergency after-hours first patient). Counting them inflates the divisor and reduces your own benefit.
